When entrusted with the job of updating our work website, serious upskilling was required. I googled and found InspireIT. With little knowledge of software and no experience, Alan advised me on software, giving links to ebay offers and free trials, even before we set a date for the training. We spent a long saturday covering a huge amount in Expression Web. I couldn't fault Alan's gentle, helpful approach. Every little query has been answered clearly.
